Air Out Your Home - open a window and welcome the fresh air!
Get Your Eyes Checked - You'll be spending more time in the fresh air, so it's a good time to be sure your eyes are healthy and update sunglass prescriptions and more to protect those baby blues!
Add Fish To Your Diet - Springtime seems like a good time to add 2 servings a week to your diet! Perhaps, even catch your own in one of our many rivers and get a dose of outdoor activity as a bonus for your health! Omega 3's and vitamin D!
Office Breaks - We tend to stay behind our desks during cold weather, but now is the time to take those 10 -15 minutes breaks and step outside of your office to soak up a few rays and fresh air. This will lower stress and boost your productivity by giving you a mini recharge!
